Maryland police identify driver struck, killed by vehicle after rollover crash

Maryland State Police on Saturday identified a man who survived a rollover crash on Interstate 270, got out of his vehicle, then was fatally struck by another vehicle.

Decarlo Thomas, 36, of Spencerville in Montgomery County, was the driver in a single-vehicle crash that occurred around 9 p.m. Friday on the northbound side of the highway at the Clopper Road exit, a State Police release said.
